Russia has now invaded the Ukraine. Ukraine has a Jewish population of around 50,000, amongst an overall population of about 44 million. This is not a crisis happening elsewhere which has nothing to do with us - Kol Yisrael Arevim Zeh leZeh and it is important that we do what we can to help, by giving tzedaka if we can and davening that Hashem protect Ukraine's Jews and all its citizens from harm, be it physical, mental or spiritual from the currrent crisis and that He speedily bring peace to Ukraine and all its citizens, and ultimately to the entire world with the coming of Mashiach speedily in our days.
