As most of you have probably heard, our community has had a stabbing today and a part if the Newark community is, at the time of writing this, in middle of an active shooter situation. Whatever one's theological beliefs, we should fulfill a moral responsibility to everyone around us and muster up the faith that our tefillot can make an impact. With that in mind, please say tehillim or ask Hashem for His mercy and watchful eye against those who wish others harm. And His protection over the victims of today's events.
